A Sunset Chateau offers 25 individually decorated suites with red rock views. Options include Casita Suites (600 sq ft) with separate living room, king bed, and queen Murphy bed; Vista Montana Suites with soaking tubs; Adobe Romanticas with two-person jetted tubs; Pueblo Bonito Suites with private balconies; Bella Vistas with panoramic views; Villa Paradiso (1,000 sq ft) with full kitchen; and Royal Hacienda two-bedroom suite. All include electric fireplaces, kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves, LCD TVs, and organic toiletries.

A made-to-order breakfast is served daily from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM in the dining room. The menu includes a fresh fruit salad, with coffee, tea, juice, cereal, and oatmeal available. Different main entrées are prepared to order each morning.

The property features a saltwater pool (heated seasonally), a year-round jacuzzi with a kiva fireplace lit each evening, and a central firepit for evening gatherings. Two public tennis courts are available across the street at Sunset Park. The Airport Mesa Loop Trail, a 4-mile moderate hike with vortex views, begins right from the property.
